The short version
Our apps are local-first: your files and your work stay on your computer, and we do not receive them. When an app contacts us, it sends a short list of technical details — listed below for each app — and no personal data. We do not sell data. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Who we are
Foxenmark is an independent software studio based in Türkiye. We make the apps vp1, Hakime Hanım, AI Workbench and Veryazsın, and we run this website. For anything about privacy, write to [email protected].
AI Workbench
This is the complete list of what AI Workbench sends to Foxenmark:

| Licence state | The state of the app’s licence. |
That is all. It contains no personal data: no name, no e-mail address, no files, no prompts and no conversations.
We use it to check the licence, to keep the app compatible with your system and to fix problems.
If you connect AI Workbench to a cloud AI service of your choice, what you send to that service goes to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Foxenmark does not receive it.
vp1
vp1 does its work on your Mac and runs offline. The exact list of what it sends to us when it does connect will be published here before vp1 goes on sale.
Hakime Hanım
Hakime Hanım is not released yet. Its data list will be published here before it is.
Veryazsın
Veryazsın is not released yet. When it is, this is the complete list of what the licensed app will send to Foxenmark:

| Processor and memory | The processor model and how much memory (RAM) the computer has. |
| Graphics card | The GPU model and its memory (VRAM), the driver and CUDA versions, and how much VRAM a job used. |
| App version | The version of Veryazsın and of its components. |
| Model files | Which AI model files are present, by name, size and checksum. |
| Job statistics | Queue counts, job ids, the names of the stages a job went through, how long each took and their result codes. |
| Licence state | The state of the app’s licence. |
That is all. It contains no personal data and none of your work: never the text of your requests, reading passages, questions, generated files or the models’ transcripts. Those are made on your computer and stay there.
We will use it to check the licence, to keep the app working with your hardware and models, and to fix problems.
Purchases
If you buy through the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store, Apple or Microsoft handles the payment under its own privacy policy; we do not see your card details. Direct purchases will go through a payment provider that will be named here before direct sales start.
This website
- foxenmark.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers.
- Your language and theme choices are stored in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address.
When you write to us
When you write to us, we use your address and your message only to answer you, and we keep them only as long as that takes.
Your rights
Under Türkiye’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Our apps send no personal data, so usually the only thing we hold is your e-mail, if you wrote to us. Write to [email protected].
